Refund & Cancellation Policy

We value customer satisfaction at Bharat Wholesale Grocery. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
– If damaged or expired products are delivered
– If an incorrect product is received
– If the order is not delivered as confirmed

Once the issue is verified, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days. For payments made through Razorpay or other online payment methods, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment.
